What if something gets lost or damaged?

Every item stays inside your labeled mesh bag from drop-off through wash and hang — nothing loose, nothing mixed with other members' items. In the rare event of a damage claim, contact us directly and we'll make it right. We carry full liability insurance.

What detergent do you use?

We use a gentle detergent suitable for athletic and performance fabrics. Nothing that will fade your polos or damage technical golf wear.

Logistics

What if I miss the Sunday drop-off?

No problem — hold onto your bag and drop it the following Sunday. We pick up weekly, and if you miss a cycle there's no penalty. You're billed for the month regardless, but your service simply resumes the next week.

How do I get my mesh bag?

Once your club is confirmed as a partner and your membership is active, your personalized Laundry Looper bag will be waiting in your locker before your first pickup day. No action needed on your end.

What items can go in the bag?

Golf shirts, polos, shorts, pants, tennis gear, swimwear, and athletic wear. Please keep out dry-clean-only garments, leather or suede items, and anything with special care instructions — we'll follow up if we ever have a question about a specific item.

Pricing & Commitment

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term contracts. The Monthly plan bills each month — cancel any time before your next billing cycle. The Full Season plan is billed once a year and auto-renews on the anniversary date; you can cancel from your account any time before the renewal and you won't be charged again.

What's included in the $59/month?

Weekly pickup and return of everything that fits in your Laundry Looper mesh bag — washed, hung on hangers, and back in your locker every Tuesday. No per-item fees, no hidden charges, no surprises.

How does the free 7-day trial work?

The free trial applies to the monthly plan only. We collect your card at signup but won't charge it until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you'll never be billed. The Full Season plan has no trial — you're billed $478 immediately, then automatically each year on the renewal date. You can cancel from your account any time.

Getting Started

My club isn't listed yet. Can I still sign up?

Yes — submit your name and club through our request form and we'll notify you the moment your club comes on board. Your request also helps us prioritize which clubs we partner with next.
